2. Mechanical exfoliation
4-6 minutesRemove calluses and dead skin using a gentle exfoliant, such as PostQuam's PEELING FEET. Perform controlled circular movements, focusing on areas of pressure and hyperkeratosis.
3. Rinse and dry thoroughly
2-3 minutesRinse the feet to remove any remaining exfoliating product. Dry thoroughly, paying particular attention to the interdigital spaces to ensure perfectly dry skin before applying the gel.
4. Application of RESTED FEET gel
4-7 minutesApply a generous amount of PostQuam RESTED FEET gel to the entire foot, including the arch and ankles. Massage in upward circular motions to help the product penetrate and provide an immediate sensation of freshness and lightness.
Clinical note: RESTED FEET gel is particularly recommended for patients with mild lower limb edema, heavy legs, or chronic plantar fatigue. Its refreshing formulation based on mint and guarana extract promotes lymphatic drainage.

1. Foot cleansing
2 times a dayWash the feet with a mild cleanser. Ensure feet are clean before starting the treatment.
2. Gentle exfoliation
1 to 2 times a weekApply a gentle exfoliant, such as PostQuam's PEELING FEET, to rough areas of the feet. Massage in circular motions, paying special attention to the heels, soles, and any dry or thickened areas.
3. Rinse thoroughly and dry
Rinse the feet to remove all exfoliating residue. Dry thoroughly, paying special attention to the areas between the toes.
4. Applying RESTED FEET Gel
Morning or eveningApply a generous amount of PostQuam RESTED FEET gel to the soles of the feet, the tops of the feet, and the ankles. Gently massage in upward circular motions until the product is absorbed.
5. Night socks (optional)
Night careFor intensive treatment, apply a more generous layer of gel in the evening, then put on cotton socks to maximize absorption during sleep.
Recommended frequency: Apply the gel 1 to 2 times a day during periods of high demand (prolonged standing, heat, physical activity).
